OCi-426 Batch
Controller

This
Batch Controller is used in conjunction with flow meters (made by others) of
virtually any technology, and it is controlling valves or pumps to stop the flow
when a preset quantity is reached. Shutdown is via one or two relays for single
or dual stage control.

Standard
design accepts AC power and furnishes 12 and 24vdc power for input sensor
circuitry.
Other
enclosures, such as fiberglass weather-proof (NEMA 4X), are optional.

Unique to
the design are the explosion-proof push-buttons used to program the following
parameters without opening the enclosure:

Up
to three preset batch set-points.

UP/DOWN
control of current set-point.
|
|
Scaling
of displayed units.
|
|
START/STOP/CONTINUE
control.
|
Note:
For precision batches, the second stage is used to slow down the flow so that
the overflow is minimized.
